About the event
The Baker Institute Center for the Middle East and Center for Energy Studies co-hosted a one-day colloquium April 14 to discuss U.S.-Iran relations. The featured speaker was Ambassador Wendy R. Sherman (pictured on the home page), former under secretary of state for political affairs, who played a critical role in negotiating the Iran nuclear deal. She was joined by panels of experts addressing internal dynamics shaping U.S.-Iranian relations, the impact of those relations on the regional landscape, and Iran’s future role in international energy markets.
