On Oct. 12, 2024, the Baker Institute Center for Energy Studies and Baker Botts co-hosted the eighth annual Energy Summit. This year's summit focused on the complexity of interactions across energy value chains, underscoring the challenges and opportunities associated with transitioning multi faceted energy systems in economically, environmentally, and socially sustainable ways. The two-day event featured international and domestic perspectives that highlighted a variety of issues from incumbent to nascent energy supply chains across the global landscape.

It was a hybrid event: Attendees were able to participate in person or virtually. It was free and open to the public.
