Mustika Urbaningsih is the constituent relations officer at the Baker Institute. Mustika manages operations and data related to development and fundraising initiatives — recognizing donors and acting as a liaison with internal and external constituents. She works closely with the development team to identify and cultivate constituents.

Mustika holds a bachelor's degree from the University of St. Thomas. She is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business.
