Percy Xie is a graduate fellow at the Baker Institute Center for Energy Studies and is pursuing a Ph.D. in economics at Rice University, focusing on energy. He holds a B.S. in applied mathematics from Emory University, a master's in data science from the University of Chicago, and a Master of Energy Economics from Rice University. His academic research is focused on global energy issues.
